i mean salary to badhti rahegi na..:P and kuch material download kiya hai jntu se ..aaj to nahi ho payega due to work, but kal se..
@AnkitChoudhary1 of course salary badhti rahegi.. ab jab yeh 10 bipartite agreement lagoo ho jaygaa...toh sbi mein so cale 1 ki salary hogi 38000+

payscales for both SO an Po are same
PO mein 2 saal rural mein bitane hote hain
PO cmd tak ki post paa sakta hain..SO only to a certain scale
PO and SO both take decisions at organisation level... but po can reach this level faster and in less time...
mein sirf ek baat clear karna chata hoon...chahe aap kisi se bi poonch le... SO ko kabhi bhi PO ka work load...po ki work profile nahi mil sakti...tabhi toh 2 alag exams hote hain

so technical aadmi hota hain.. po technical aadmi nahi hota

@Erprakash my exam was in morning shift on saturday...all parts were easy except Reasoning in which i attempted only 24...
My friends in evening shift on same day was screwed as their exam was tougher..
