Puys n Pirls...in IBPS notification about interview and final allotment there is one line which doesnt specify the exact meaning. The line is -
Offer of appointment is solely the decision of the Participating Organisations and shall be final and binding. IBPS has no role here.
What does this mean? Even after clearing the interview and after allotment of Bank we will be still on the mercy of that particular Bank whether it will appoint us or not ??? If it so then it is so ridiculous. What kind of rules is it ??? What are your opinions Puys n Pirls...?
जो भी हो लेकिन ये नया system बहुत ही ख़राब है l मतलब सब चीज़े clear करने के बाद भी कोई surety नहीं है की हम bank join करेंगे ही और हमें job मिलेगी हीl अगर bank चाहे तो 100% qualify करने के बाद भी वो हमें disqualify कर सकता है l और उसके बाद हम फिर से कोई दूसरा bank join भी नहीं कर सकते हैं bcoz फिर ये माना जाएगा की हमने अपना option avail कर लिया है l How absurd this whole thing is...??? ये तो candidates के future के साथ खिलवाड़ है puys n pirls.

Puys....koi Rajbhasha Adhikari field se bhi hai kya ya sirf akela main hi hun yahan par? If anyone knows about any Puy or Pirl who is from Rajbhasha field then pls let me know...
