I have 2 years of Experience as a HR Exe. in 2 companies for 1 yr each, I hve 1st company's relieving letter and experience certificate but I dnt have my previous company's rel. letter or exp. certi as recently I have resigned so please tell do we have to submit the exp. certificates as my interview is for HR Officer scale -I wherein experience is not required but one of my friends told me that u had already shown in the application that you possess experience then you will have to submit experience certificates of both the companies. Please help !

My Interview Session With PNB IT Officer on 11 January 2012
In Interactive session before interview they already told to all candidate your selection will depend upon the Written Marks ( High Scorer Candidate will finally selected) because we do not have any idea about the written marks.Then all the things happened given below.
I was appeared at Central Staff College New Delhi -52.

Documents are verified at 11:30 am and then tea break announced.Bread Pakora and Tea was offered to eat.108 candidate were called for only 90-95(approx) appeared and then 4-5 were debarred because of missing documents and i was called at 4:00 pm in the evening.
Entered in the room and bad luck was that room door was not locked perfectly one of the member tell " Jao Pehle Darwaza Sahi Se Band karo " then i follow the instruction and then close the door came in front of the board wished to everyone in Single Statement.Member said " Please keep your belongings on the table and be relaxed.
Chairman said " Please tell your Academic background from class 10th to graduation" I give all the detail"
Ques 2 : "Tell us Something About Yourself "
Ques 3 : you are passd out in 2009 what are you doing till now "
I answered searching for the job .As i did a PG Diploma From CDAC then he asked
you are very professional we do not have such kind of requirement.Again I answered i know sir but i can give my contribution to ITES as CBS is the application of ITES.
Ques 4 : What is CBS ( I gave Approximate Answer )
Ques 5 : Then asked what is a database server it is distributed or centralized
Ques 6 : What is WWW and What is Web Security and How can you verify a customer that he is running on safe website (Answered Each Question)?
Ques 7 : What Is An URL ( Definition and Full Form again Answered )?
Ques 8 :What Is FTP ? ( Answred with port Number )
Ques 9 :Mr Abhishek in banks we have many transaction per day how can you manage ?(then i explained the RTGS Concept)
Ques 10 : What Is IBRDT ? ( i said Sorry Sir )Finally they said Mr Abhishek now you can go I replied Thank You Sir and leave the room.

Is there any indemnity bond for this post ?? Read somewhere its 4 years and total salary earned till you resign + 25k, that sounds ridiculous !! Please someone throw light on this ...

Interview call letter says:
"If candidates already/previously employed: Certificates in support of post qualification work experience (if applicable to the post applied for)".
Puys, I have seen many posts regarding work ex documents to be submitted at the time of interview.
But what if one is applying for Scale 1 post, where in there is no experience required, should he/she also submit the documents ?
If I understand the statement (in call letter) above correctly, we only need it for Scale 2 posts.

Notification for CWE – PO/MT – III may publish tentatively between 10th July to 30th July, 2013 and examination date may in last week of November, 2013.
Notification for CWE – Clerk – III may publish tentatively between 19th August to 7th September, 2013 and examination date may in last week of November, 2013.
