How is IDBI BANK in terms of perks work pressure..?/,,,does it pay more than banks like pnb n bob????

As far as I know, Specialist officers have some more perks than generalist officers.
Before my PI at BOI, Noida I had a talk with the concerned person for that interview room (Room no 1).
He told he was recruited last year as Marketing officer Scale 2 after MBA.
Besides other things, when I asked that there's a difference between the perks of PO and SO, he said he is not sure whether IT officers get any benefits.
For a marketing officer, he said petrol limit is 95 ltrs instead of 30-35 ltrs for all. Similarly they have higher mobile bill reimbursements.
Anyone has any info w.r.t. this..??
how is the specialist officer exam useful for people with >= 2 years experience ? if they apply for level 2 , there are really few vacancies ..cut off high .if they apply for level 1, they almost make their previous work ex null
