What IBPS has done this time...??? It has degraded the age of candidates for Scale I from 35 to 30...and of Scale II from 40 to 35....???? Cant believe this at all....

I got confused because of whatever mentioned below.....
Calculation of Percentage: The percentage marks shall be arrived at by dividing the marks
obtained by the candidate in all the subjects in all semester(s)/year(s) by aggregate
maximum marks in all the subjects irrespective of honours / optional / additional optional
subject, if any. This will be applicable for those Universities also where Class / Grade is
decided on basis of Honours marks only. The fraction of percentage so arrived will be
ignored i.e. 59.99% will be treated as less than 60% and 54.99% will be treated as less than
55%.

Hi Guys, IOB has asked to join on 25th Nov'13 and in the list of docs to be submitted at the time of joining , they have asked for character certificate we have to submit at the time of joining . It is mentioned as "Two Character Certificate from respectable persons not related to you ". Does it mean any person like Lawyers/Docs/Engineers/Pvt Sector Employee etc or Gazetted Officers/MP/MLA/judge etc.
