to clear exams last year cut off for It scale 1 was 128 for Gen.. But call comes to those who score 134 more than that .. as comp. was quite high .

@mk4322 For scale 1 there is more chances to get select b'coz of having more seats compare to scale 2. dats y i filled the form for scale 1. if you have exp for a yr in IT,you can apply for scale 2 ..der will b no issue. its depends on u ...scale 1 or scale2 .

hi friends, I submitted the 3 applications on 11/01/2013. I paid the fee for the 3 applications in united bank of india on 16/01/2013. And now i click on the "application reprint after payment" link, there i didn't find any details(i.e., branch code, transaction id etc.,) of the above applications.could you please help me what i need to do.Also I have transaction id's.

I am interested in filling the IBPS Specialist examination for the post of Technical officer (Scale I).
In qualification section in your advertisment you have given:
Degree in
Engineering in Civil/ Electrical/
Mechanical/ Production/ Metallurgy/
Electronics/ Electronics &
Telecommunication/ Computer Science/
Information Technology/ Textile/ Chemical
etc.
Sir as an etc is given so I tried to fill the form for same post.
But in end on rechecking an error generates that you are not eligible for this post due to qualification.
Sir my friend from Electronics and Communication also faced same problem.
*****Kindly assist me as soon as possible that wheather I am eligible or not for same post.******

did you apply for 3 posts or they are 3 different applications ?

same situation like yours.....fill up electronics instead of electronics and instrumentation
