Hi All ,I am an IT Guy with 3 years of ex. and earning 40k /month, So just wanted to know whether it will be good to join a bank in the capacity of IT officer (assume , i cracks IT officer exam :)) or continue with my job.
Also, not sure when will i earn salary comparable to my current job by any mean.

Unfortunately i am to young to say , Yes i do want a job with less stress but not sure whether i will be satisfied with damn support work of network and DBMS.
Also don't know what will be the growth opportunities as an IT officer.
I am in doubt because IT officer pay is no where near the pays of other psu jobs.
If possible can you please let me know , what will be the growth opportunities there in Bank as an IT officer.
