Need genuine response..not revealing my marks because u know why....just want to know how much can I expect in my interview as this is my first IBPS exam and interview..my interview went exceptionally well..I told them I was preparing for UPSC for the past 2 years..and so they asked me tougher questions that required in depth knowledge..but I answered them with maximum accuracy according to my knowledge

Someone shared last year's 1st April discussion and the most shocking thing was the case of the guy with 30 marks more than cutoff, who failed in the interview. He even said that the interview was good and they said something along the lines of 'good' in the end. Imagine his mindset after the interview right until the final result. He must've been 99.99% sure about his placement and might have started preparing for a celebration, parties, or a tour. And just like that, all his dreams got crushed in a matter of a split second. I can't even begin to imagine what he went through the moment he logged in and saw the result. I was a little relaxed since the mains marks came out as my score is comfortably well above the cutoff, and the interview was above average. But seeing that post from last year has made me super nervous now. The next 20 hours are going to feel longer than the last 20 days since the marks came. Best of luck to everyone and hopefully, a good amount of vacancies have been added to the previously announced ~3500.
