SBI ne is baar mains ke liye 1:10 ke ratio mein liya hai(as far as I know) . Any idea ki ibps kitne ke ratio mein legi??

Most of the officers in banks r not satisfied with their job...infact many r abusing their jobs...and these officers r demotivating the banking aspirants who r seriously preparing for ibps po...i wana tell those officers..this was the job u dreamt of..and now u r disrespecting this job..u should disrespect ur job only if it makes u do illegal or anti-social stuffs...else u should respect ur job from ur heart...and if u cant respect ur job then resign from it...u dnt deserve any job then...and be happy being unemployed again...stop spreading negative facts about bank jobs...TO ALL THOSE BANKING ASPIRANTS I WANA SAY IGNORE THOSE BANKING OFFICERS WHO R SPREADING NEGATIVE FACTS ABOUT BANK JOBS... and its my humble request to the admin of this grp to blok all those people who r spreading negative stuffs...
