I analysed the topics asked in all shifts. English seems to be similar in all ...no tough pattern or surprises seen in shifts. Reasoning is also quiet balanced...puzzles were 20-23 in every shift remaining coding/ decoding/ inequations/ syllogisms/ alphabet/ blood relation/ direction were picked. All these are doable and easy topics for all of us. Nature of puzzles may result in some normalisation. Quant. Since shift 1 had 2DI it seems to be easy. With 3 DI and No Inequations topic asked in shift 4 it was lengthy and so less attempts. While shift 2 and shift 3 had almost same topics but had 3DI. Quant was toughest in the order... Shift4 > Shift2- Shift3> Shift 1. Normalisation will occur visibily for Quant....since there were tough variations in topics. Rest the difficulty level of DI asked and also other topics may contribute minutely. Moral : " Quant is the deciding factor for normalisation." 😀
