Ab toh Har shift se equal students ka selection hoga tabhi jaa Kar justice ho sakta...... Otherwise normalization ek Mazak hoga kyunki Kal ke shift aur Aaj ke shift me kafi difference hai. Jab 20-25 marks ka difference ho toh normalization ka Koi Matlab nahi Banta. Select equal number of students from each shift.

3rd shift esay ...... attempt 64
maine exam diya nahi,
but as everyone is doing, let me predict the cut off as well.
It was 47 in 2016 and 43 in 2017. Variables like
1)the shifts' experiences,
2)total vacancies and
3)some secret component X,
I think the cut off may jump from 42 to around 49 this year. Will not touch 50. Lucky for shift 3 yesterday, but overall not that bad for other shifts either. All shifts on an average solved 55+ questions. So no point for other shifts in crying.

P.S,-- Ye case wase karke kuch na milna kisiko against 3 rd shift of 13. Isse bass saare candidates time faltu waste ho jayega agar result delay hua toh. Agar select na ho paye toh easy shifts ko kosne ke bajay agale exam me jyada jor laga ke padhna.

Ye sala Sab exam ke pre Nikal chuka hoon. IBPS po hi hai jiska pre aajtak nhi nikla. Iss baar Sab ke attempt mein fluctuation Dekh ke lgta hai phir koi chakbodi hogi aur phir Mera na hoga.😂😂😂
