Did the interview panel had our po mains marks? Is panel 1 been the toughest panel in every interview center?
do they fail candidates in interview? my interview went really bad

Panel of 5, 1 F and 4 M 1- Apne baare me kch btaie 2- Percentages in exact digits(2 decimal places) 3- Apki engineering bank me kya kaam aaegi 4- Interest rates upr niche q krte h banks? 5- NGO ka Desh ko kya fayda 6- Commercial banks paisa kaise kamati hai 7- LED itni popular kyu hai 8- Strengths and weakness 9- MSME pe prakash dalie. Everything was nice. Mixed language thi and confidence of mine was good. Answers b sb accurate die.. but msme waale me jo investment limit hti h uski jgh turnover nikl gya..baaki uska b sab sahi btaya..but bich me unhne achanak pucha ki turnover? But uss time i thought turnover hi h so said yes. Marks that i can expect?

Last time till what date interviews were there because marks were out on 28th feb.
RRB walon ka bhi to 1 April tha result declare hone ka...unka to itna pehle aa gya. IBPS PO ka final 1 April to bahut late ho jayega(almost 2 months).Usse pehle provisional allotment list nhi ayegi kya? And 1 more Q - 1 April ko hai to joining kab tak expect kare?

I analysed last 3 years cutoff of IBPS PO and SBI PO, this year cutoff will mostly similar to the cutoff of SBI PO 2017. Normally there will be a difference of 3 marks between UR and OBC in final cutoff if mains cutoff is same for both UR and OBC. But if there is any difference in mains marks then final difference in final cutoff will be more.(i.e in SBI PO Mains marks difference between UR and OBC is around 10 marks, so 10/250×75= 3 marks. So that 3 is added to normal 3 mark difference. So finally there is a difference of around 6 marks in final result of SBI PO)
Likewise in this year IBPS PO the difference in mains marks is around 6 marks (i.e 6/225×80= 2.2 marks) So that 2.2 marks will be added to normal 3 mark difference, finally there will be a difference of 5 mark between UR and OBC final cutoff this year.

Does it matters if your name is present at the last of the interview list ? I mean if there are 24 candidate in 1 panel and ur name is present on 24th no. Does it matters??pls reply
