Haan @ChaL-bey ne aaj kuch zyada kar diya but main ek baat dekh raha hun ki most people jinko isse problem hai unka exam 13th ko 3rd shift aur 4th shift mein tha jinhone 75+ aur 85+ attempts kare the. Ab log samajh he sakte hain ke in logon ka ek agenda hai... yeh log jo aadmi galat ke khilaaf akele bolne ke himmat kar raha toh usko daba rahe hain, paagal keh rahe hain but aesa hi logon ne Thomas Alva Edison ko bhi kaha tha jab unhone hazaroon baar ek hi experiment kiya tha before he succeeded... Aese he India ke mahaan swatantrata senaniyon ko bhi dabaya gaya tha before we got independance. Toh main aur shift walon se yeh request karta hun ke is matter ko "quizzes" mein dabne na den... yeh injustice khatam karna he hoga ibps ko...

Ok so to all those who are confused like how to prepare gk for banking examz or how to perform well in mains or pre ..i wud like to share my experience.. But more than what one shud do i will share here what one shud not do.. Learning frm d mistakes dat i made while preparing.. So i started preparin in jan 2017 coaching li basics clear kiya..but we need to remember the most imp thing is Consistency..hum do din maths pdte hai fir reasoning fir dus din tk reasoning dekhte ni..g.k to sochte hai pre ka bhi result aa jaye tb pdenge.. Maine bhi ye galtiyan ki n in 2017 jb mera pre clear hua rrb clerk n ibps po ka tb ek hfte mei gk pdi ..n thn mains ka result bhi check ni kiya cz mujhe pta tha maine kitna acha perform kiya..basically nahi hua..mocks mei mere score bhi khas ni the let say pre K easy se mock mei bhi 29,30 ..kisi ache din 41 maximum bs..jo sahi krti thi main that was ki tukke nahi mare kbhi bs.. So next step was attempt kaise bde ..i always used to skip r.c in eng and d.i in maths..aise lgta tha ye to attempt hoga hi ni..fir mock mei inhi ko attempt kna shuru kiya jisse attempt n marks dono bde cz isme negative attempt k chance boht km h.. Plus in order to maintain consistency fst fo pre..i made a schedule jisme maine eng reas maths sbko daily routine mei ad kra..follow bhi kra..mock boht xada ni diye meanwhile pr diye..speed accuracy achi ho gyi attempt inc huwe..mock mei ache score aaye ..fir dis year syndicate diya fail..gk abhi bhi ni pdi thi gk meri boht weak thi i always used to feel gk mei to 8 num bhi ni la skti main..but had dat realisation k bina gk k mains bhi ni niklega.. So i asked my frnz ,one of dem guided me to follow study iq ..follow kiya..trust me mujhe bchpan se general knowledge mei interest ni tha..but study iq made it so interesting n easy to learn for me..since march 2018 i kept following dat current affairs..plus practice krti rahi quant n reasoning ki n this year dint apply fo sbi po apart frm dat jis bhi exam mei apply kiya i got selected in pre mains both..in sbi i was able to attempt 43 qus of gk 2 were wrong..maine mains k liye boht xada mocks bhi ni diye bs time to time practice k liye diye.. Static k liye jo topic imp h fo banking unki list bnayi .. N ratna ni ho pate h mujhe so i tried to find funny tricks on youtube to remem all dis n it all worked for me..may be it may help uh or may not..but one thing i want to say when uh are preparing us duration mei consistent raho.. Quant reason eng gk kisi mei flow nahi tute.. Dont skip r.c n d.i jinne ke attempt km rehte specially..n most imp thing analyse ua own weak point n start preparing accordingly ..kisi aur ke schedule ko follow krke nahi.. Apni strength n weakness k according schedule bnao..n prepare..may uh achieve what uh want to✌ special mention: the one who guided me n helped me to perform well.. By saying tu r.c skip mt kr ..d.i attempt kyu ni krti.. G.k k liye result ka wait mt krna n alot more .. My faculty frm career launcher grp.. Rahul Mishra ..such an outstanding person..this is all how he guided me n i improved..🙌

Abhi tak rrb po k interview material dhundh raha tha abhi ye group khola to yahan to ek hi naam ki lahar chal rahi. B t w mera 13 ko 3rd shift tha. Mqi khud kahta hun mera shift bahut easy tha . Lekin isme hum sab ki kya galti. Ye sab raita ibps ne failya hai. I did 77. Ab dekho kya hota . I m not against normalisation but there must be logical normalisation. Sab 3rd shift walo ko fail na kare

Guys please concentrate on Mains. Last year I attempted only 55 in prelims and thought I wouldn't be able to make it to mains and started preparing for mains only after prelims result. Even though I was shortlisted for interview I missed the final selection by 0.8 marks.(I scored around 17 in interview) Moral of the story: don't waste your time on debating ur shift was the toughest.Agar IBPS PO Nahi tho clerk tho banjenge aap.Nahi tho agle Saal ki SBI notification Ka intezaar karte rehnge.
