21 ko v hai Kya xam pre ka ?
Last year har shift eng hard aya tha..ibps maintained uniformity...sbi also maintained uniformity...but this time ibps po pre is not at all uniform...koi shift itna easy ki 70+ attempt hua and koi shift itna hard aya ke bohot logo ka 50 v cross nai kar paya...normalisation ka v khas faida shayd nai hoga becos difference of marks between easy and hard shifts will be huge...THIS IS INJUSTICE TO THE ASPIRANTS OF DIFFICULT SHIFTS...ibps ne ye pura galat kia...UNACCEPTABLE
Yeah ADDA aur Mahendra Waley Chu**a hai kya jo Abhi bhi IBPS po pre ki class le rahey 20 aur 21 ke liye....

Guys..everyone of us know that the average attempt of Easy Shift People was around 80-85 and that of Hard Shift people was around 50-55 or less. considering the average accuracy of both shifts to be same, i think its very difficult to compensate 30 marks.
Assuming hard shift Candidates get 12-15 marks in normalisation, how much marks you think should be deducted from Easy Shifts.
Please answer genuinely...
Note: Easy Shifts were 13th Oct (shift 3) and 14th Oct (shift 3 and 4).

ye ladka pagal ho gya hai.. @ChaL-bey pehle 10 questions ka farak kar raha tha.. fir 20.. ab iska easy tough shift ka difference 30 ho gya h... 2 din mei ye bhi prove kar dega ki tough shift mei 0 questions karne wale bhi deserving and easy shift ke 100 bhi non-deserving hai.. don't support these people.. these are pests, who swarm out in open due to their own insecurities. pathetic loser.

This is the trend nowadays. Anyone who's scared to fail tries to blame the system, without getting any facts straight. People are so good at the blame game that they don't even realise that maybe it's not the system but themselves who aren't putting that extra effort.

I had shift 2 on 13th, did 63 and felt it was tough. I believe normalisation will compensate for it. But I also feel @ChaL-bey is a non-hardworking cry baby blaming system for his failures.
Total candidates who will be selected for mains=44000(approx) Total shifts =8 Candidates per shift=44000/8=5500 So guys I guess it doesn’t matter if the shift was tough or easy, all you need is that u sud be in top 5500(including every category) candidates who wrote exam in ur shift.
Guys help; Which is better IBPS guide or textbook? or any other? for effectiveness and on budget
