#IBPS PO 2018 should b cancel..why should I believe in normalization..I think this is the time to scrap the normalisation from IBPS ..Kuch fayda nahi Hard shift me paper hok...Indian bank PO me 3rd shift kaafi tough thi 1st & 2nd shift se....but kuch fayda nahi hua...most of the Candi got selected from 1st & 2nd Shift only.....2 se 5 marks ka difference bs isse upar kuch nahi...hard shift me even students nervous ho ke jo aata bhi hai use tak nahi kar pate...to kya fayda aise shift ka... Write an email and tweet as much as you can paper should be cancel now...this is really not done from IBPS...Kal se mail shoot krna start kr do...else prepare for next failure...just because of 3rd shift raitaaa...jo fail rkha hai...

Hi guys ... I have been clearing the overall cutoff in IBPS PO for the last 2 yrs but missed due to sectional by 0.5 and 1 mark in Gk and LR sections respectively...i have not appeared for the interview yet... last yr overall cutoff was 82(gen. cat.) ... but ive heard that just clearing the cutoff is not enough.... if anyone has cleared ibps po mains and given the interview in past ... Please tell me if this thing about cutoff really true . Also, what shud be the min. Score and the safe score in Mains to have a good chance of getting selected in interview rest assured... ?

Lets say, if easy shift candidate scored 80 marks total, what should be his final score after deduction? …

- 80 - 10 = 70
- 80 - 20 = 60
