i asked for normalisation for hard/easy shifts (+15/-10)..to everyone is saying bahut unrealistic hai...😡😡😡...this much normalisation is not possible..😡😡😡...but when i talk about shifts...and difference in their levels then they don't talk about unrealistic and huge difference in them..😡😡..everyone is up for easy shift...but not for fair normalisation...😠😠😠😠

Guys, Whosoever actually wants to crack Bank Exams should solely focus on what needs to be done in order to achieve it. I am a working professional having 6 years of experience and earn enough to impress people of my age. I just had this dream of achieving Govt Job, so I started preparing from Jan 2018. I followed this pagal guy forum to have some knowledge/insight for upcoming bank exams. And to be honest, I am utterly disappointed after joining this forum. People here are just cribbing like a 2 year old kid and instead of thinking positively, they are just wasting their time here. Let me tell you one clear cut thing : "Life is unfair, it will always be !!ALWAYS!!". Your success just depends on how you take it. Even after getting job, you will face such difficult situations.Then are you still going to crib? It doesn't matter how many you have attempted in PRE, it doesn't matter whether you were in easy shift or hard shift. What matters is that what is your plan? Why you people are so anxious about normalization. Either you will get selected or not and it is not in hands of yours. What lies in your hand is to prepare far intelligently than you ever did. Why are you people not focussing on that? It just one pre and you stopped your preparation and posting stupid memes here. Having stupid arguments, leg pulling and projecting possibilities just to feel little good/secure is the most stupid thing one can do to crack such highly competitive exams. I am out of here. All the best to you people who are actually working quite hard to achieve this dream of theirs.!!!
