Interview marking system is unfair.how can one decide in such a small time.some gets 10 and some gets 16.there shouldn't be such a big difference.

Our nodal bank was union bank of India ,which conducted our interviews.earlier central bank of India used to take interviews in Patna and they happen to give low and average marks.so do anyone know about union bank of India.

How panel decides marks in interview... Because 5 members seat inside. Do after interview they all discuss.

This Post Is Specially For Those Candidates Who are posting....this year final cut-off will be this much....Based on last 2/3 years trend....How someone can predict this year final cut-off by the last 2/3 years cut-off ....This year the exam pattern is completely different from last 2/3 year's....No Computer Section....Added Descriptive section ....So my point is that this is totally wrong to predict this year final cut-off based on last year's...So please wait till 1st April.....Best of luck ✌✌

I think we should estimate this years's marks not by looking at previous year IBPS result but by SBI result because pattern of IBPS now follows the same as that of SBI's.

5 difference between last year IBPS po and this year..... including difficulty level , seat , cutoff etc
