What is the avg mark given in interview for an sc candidate
In this platform many are predicting general cutoff to be 48+. So if a person gets 102 which is cutoff +20 and has average interview and gets 11/20 in interview he will not be selected. It seems 20+ is not enough now.... Feeling depressed

During the interview, I felt that the Interview was just a document verification process, and nothing else. Some panels were taking 15 to 20 minutes and some only 4 to 7 minutes. How can a person judge another person's character and knowledge in just 4 or 5 minutes. I am just hoping and guessing that unless it was a disaster, everyone will get 10 above.

I will be 29 this may. I failed 3 times in civil services prelims. I am an engineer from BITS Pilani University. Failed in SBI PO Mains. Got 87 cutoff was 89.25. Got 105.88 in IBPS PO Mains. They asked me why joining bank after graduating from BITS Pilani. They were astonished that an Engineer from BITS is giving IBPS interview
