Canara PO out, Syndicate PO Out,aur ab IBPS PO ek hi bacha hai.. very tensed..
ONE POINT I WOULD LIKE TO BRING IN LIGHT -
the so called high cut off of mains PO - this is year carries a healthy 10 marks of descriptive it ( for GEN)
now the point is - for a while remove that section from total marks -
so the cut off for obejctive is 72/200.
I would say that check the deviation from this cut off of mains ( excluding your descriptive score as well ) -

Interview k marks ko leke mai bahut tensed hu. Rrb os1 me mujhe 60 Mila interview me. Had I got 65 I would have been selected. On the contrary my panel gave 75-80 marks to other candidates.... God knows what will happen
general cutoff for 2016 was 52, and for 2017 its 82.. so.. can we say that 2017's paper was easy?? absolutely not at all.. for approx 9000 vacancies 27k candidates gave mains .. if same 27k would give mains of 2017's exam, cutoff will be similar"approximately" to 2016's exam(excluding discriptive".. point is - cutoff is already accounted, so it will not go drastically high like 50 or something..

We can have three different possibilities. 1) A himself likes red color. 2) the one who likes red color sits on the immediate right of A. 3) the one who likes red color sits on the immediate left of A. Is this a right approach? Since if we have multiple such sentences. Its being very time consuming...

Even after 71 years of independence India still is a developing country. Why is that? , is it because of the corruption and corrupt politicians in our country, is it because of our crooked and complex system of governance , is it because of not having good educational & healthcare practices or is it because of our tolerance and total ignorance of all these. We are so used to these corruptions , we no longer believe that this can be eradicated from our country, we believe there is nothing that we can do regarding this and we conveniently ignore these things.
Let’s put the corruption aside and look at our education and healthcare sector. I believe the main reason why we are still a developing country is the poor standard of our education and healthcare sectors. Education and healthcare sectors are the backbones of development in any country, if we look at all the developing countries all of them have excellent educational and healthcare practices. We are a very large country with a population over 1.3 billion but still we spends a mere 3.5% (approx..) of our total GDP on education while most of the other countries spend well above 5%. This itself show how serious our government is towards the educational sector. Similar is the case of healthcare sector, India ranks 154th in global health care index even below Bangladesh and SriLanka .Do you know that India has the largest number of malnourished children in the world, Ironically we also have a substantially large number of over nutritional children.
I remember in 2014 our PM told in USA that” India is blessed with Democracy, Demand and Demographic dividend”. It is true, we are having an advantage of demographic dividend over the other countries yet we are unable to reap its benefits. Most of our population are either uneducated or under educated, Most of the graduating students lack the essential skills to get placed in a good companies and have a good job, this is because of the poor educational practices we follow. Barring the IIT’s, IIM’s, IISC and some other private universities there are not much good institutions in our country. For every reasonably good institution there are 20 worst ones. Our entire educational system is in a mess, problem starts from the primary schools itself, there was a news last year that 25% of class 8 students are not familiar with class 2 materials, they couldn’t even do basic arithmetics. If we are going to nurture our young generation like this how can we get the benefits of having such a large youth population. There should be an educational reform from the grass root level .
Our PM and Government are pushing so hard to make India a completely digitalized country and to make our economy a cashless one. While I believe that it’s important, there are much important things that should be taken care of first. While building a house we don’t directly go out and build the walls and roof first, a strong foundation is the first thing that we do and we built a stable house on that. Like that a strong educational and healthcare sector should be the foundation we need, to make our country a developed one. When we provide better education and healthcare to our citizens everything else will automatically fall in place, people will stand against corruption they will automatically go for digital transactions not because of the government asks them to do but because they have the knowledge to understand its benefits.
