Private Banks pay less but after a certain time You won't be able to even compare your salary with that of Deutsche bank and all. They give far more increments and hikes.

I got 87.25 and my interview was based on why joining bank again when you left it for insurance. I left Union bank clerk after working for 2 months and joined niacl assistant. 8 min discussion on why banking again.How much marks can I expect in interview and will it be sufficient to get final selection? Last time..but plz.no bakchodi...serious guys..got 76 in mains...SC....cutoff 62.5..now sharing interview experience in detail..c .being SC u will get 55 to 60 is a myth .based on ur performance u will get marks..so judge accordingly guys.. 1.enter nd greet well. 2.smile nd they told me to sit 3.posture gesture was well. 4.dressed well..(blazer) 5.rbi ka kaam (bola .. correctly..point wise) 6.what is inflation.told...how to control it..half told. 7.mam asked deflation. Kya Hain.. inflation ka jwab sunke Syed usko lagi ki m economics grad..but chairman corrected her..nd told m btech grad..so she dint go deep. 8.one sir asked what is brics..told.. Brics na bnk ka NM..hq ..head ... answered all correctly.. 9.then another sir asked why bank..I told HV lot of patience. So I can wrk in bank well.. 10.chairman asked rbi note press..told .all.. 11.then one sir asked frst interview..I told them yes..(it was my frst interview) 12.thej they greet me..I greet them.. Leave the room..tell me guys..plz.. honestly..how much mrks I can get in interview...yaar..plz koi mazak mat krna..
