here are some tips :

1) Do not fear by interview if you are selected. There are very little chances to get failed. You have already clear one and half journey. You just need to show them who you are and what your thoughts are ?

2) It is neither depend on your knowledge but how you answer the questions is the most important thing.

3) You should know the recent news to answer the questions like : what are the today's headlines ? what did you read today for preparation ? etc

4) Never say things which you are not sure.simply tell them that you are not sure or you have no clue about it.

5) Answer politely. They are HR persons, so your fate is fixed when you greet and introduce yourself.

6) after introduction between you and them, its just like going on a date...they ask you about your knowledge, your thoughts, some reasoning questions, some practical questions... and its not necessary to answer it correctly...but how you answer them is what they want to see.

7) Be confident...they will not eat you..they are normal people like us...greet them with smile and believe me.. they all are very friendly.

8) if you show off or become over smart then... they will start throwing questions.. sometimes it happens when they want to check you about how you handle stress.

9) Know your background, name's meaning, father's occupation, his place, famous items in that place, your native, your hobbies, your working location, its famous place, your state, government and CM, recent steps, famous places of your states, famous items of your place.

10) wear good formal clothes, chat with fellow people sitting besides you, have fun while sharing information, do not take tension.

11) Think it simply as a formal introduction of yours to get employed. Remember one thing and ask yourself, if you are going to be officer or clerk, how do you want to interact with others...if you are going to meet president of india, then what will you do, will u sulking in saying even HI ? if you want to be a part of any field, show them why you are there...

Question : why banking ? (after btech, graduation, mba etc. )

Answer : keep it simple.

" After graduation, MBA or whatever your field, i had feelings that i am not giving my 100%.So i started to look for alternative to change into the field where i can give 100%.Banking sector is backbone of indian economy.I can socialize with lots of people and also help them. Its a social service afterall which i like. Banking sector depends upon money and persons who will have money will definitely need banks to deposit it.so its very secure sector. Its evergreen sector in which one can help government by providing financial inclusion to the every corner of country by giving basic banking facilities."

this one is to addition if you get chance to speak :

I was so impressed by this sector, that i tried to clear this exams in last 2 years (or whatever you tries are), i succeeded this time to get opportunity.

2) why EcGc, PNB, BOB bank as your first preference ? :

Ecgc :

" Ecgc is not a bank, its monopolistic market for export insurance.it is something different from banking sector but the purpose is same.. providing service. Ecgc is my first preference because of the work pressure which is less compared to bank.I would like to go for bank but i have 26-27 choices, so i would like to go for the best ones..so i have to choose among them in terms of security, pressure, work environment, salary etc.. in which ecgc is best choice as 1st preference"

:PNB, BOB : " these are top banks after SBI in terms of working, salary and benefits... and i would like to go in top bank as i want to work in banking sector. "
