Close test => 3rd shift In the approximately eight years since the book Nudge, by Richard Thaler and Cass Sunstein, came out, nudges have become awidely used consumer influence strategy.Nudge marketing refers to deliberately manipulating how choices are presented to consumers. Its goal is to influence what consumers choose, either to steer them toward options that the marketer believes are good for them or simply to stimulate purchases and increase sales. For example, a supermarket places plastic mats with huge arrows marked “Follow the green arrow for your health” pointing shoppers toward the produce aisle. Within two weeks, produce purchases increase by 9%. A company automatically enrolls new employees in its retirement savings plan unless they opt out. Enrollment in the plan rises from 60% to 95%. A restaurant lists a fish entrée at a clearly overpriced $35 on its menu. It is not interested in selling the entrée; the fish is there as a decoy to make other, more profitable items appear attractive. Over a decade of behavioral economics research shows that such nudges are effective in influencing consumer behaviors. Many nudges have virtuous effects, encouraging consumers to donate their organs, reduce their consumption of energy, and save more money. However, not everything about nudge marketing is rosy. In their enthusiasm, marketers have overlooked some fundamental concerns about using nudges. A company that doesn’t understand these minefields could adversely affect its marketing. Nudges that are poorly thought out could be ticking time bombs waiting to explode and damage the company’s reputation and credibility among its loyal customers.

Somebody reported me to admin (pagalguy) for posting picture questions. So thank u :) for ur gud work
guys sry for the late review...i hope it will help u in the upcoming week...
1) Those who have grip over english section..plz keep ur head cool...i am giving u a strategy for other 2 sections..
Reasoning...complete inequalities first...then go for syllogism there is either or case and possibility case.....so u got 10 marks in ur pocket...then go for blood relation question...u vl get another 2 marks...cmplete all these thngs in 12 mins...then go for circular puzzle it is facing centre only....try to complete this in 4-5 mins...now u hve 17 marks...there is one height arrangement puzzle(i am not talking abt floor puzzle)..it merely takes 3 or 4 mins ...so at 20-21 minutes u vl hve 20 marks of reasoning in ur hand...stop this section and mve on to quants...
QA...Especially for those who are not gud at speed calculation... try to alot 25 mins...first attempt quadratic equation...for this just practise multiplication values...atleast upto 20...try finish it 4 mins ...fill ur scre card with 5 marks...then go far approximation its damn easy .....be carefull while calculating...another 5 marks....so in frst 12 mins we hve cleared the sectional cut off...still we hve 13 mins...in this 13 mins go far di try to pick easy one(1 di tricky 1 is esay)..complete this di 5-6 minutes ...so u got 15 questions correct...for the left time..try to do series question...The pattern is almost (difference of difference, square values in difference, multiplication of difference by a common number, alternative addition and subtraction )...here u can fetch 3 solid marks...so u hve completed 18 to 20 questions of QA..try to maintain 100% accuracy...if not atleast maintain 90% accuracy...so u vl get 15+ marks in QA and 17+ marks in Reasoning...Damn u hve got around 32 + right...then alot 15 mins for u r favourite english section try to fetch 12+ marks...u hve secured 45+......As per my prediction cut off willbe 39-42.....only..
Now for those who have good command over other two sections except english..u hve ur own strategy or follow the abve said for QA and resoning...For english...Try to attempt cloze test..first..read the passage for one or 2 times...look for the options...im sure definitely u vl find 2 clse options...form that chose the word related to passage..prctise cloze test from some free websites...next mve to error spotting..plz be careful in this..if u read it properly u vl find mistake easily in sme questions like plural form and not having ing form, improper usage of article....pick the questions u r confident enough...at the worst case u can score 4 marks...in this error spotting..now go for parajumbles...it is little bit tricky..if ur good only at finding first and last..thats fine...u vl get 2 marks...then try to find second and second last...definitely u can pick either second or second last one...so u got 3 marks...if ur good at reading go for reading comprehension...bt my advice is it is too long passage and fully related economica and othe policy related passage...and the questions are not asked direclty...u hve to infer the data from it...so if u get 2 + in parajumble and 4 in error spotting...and 3+ in cloze test...u hve got 9+ marks...sounds good right!...cut off never goes beyond 9 for english...as it is tough for many...so try to cope up in other two sections to fetch 45+ marks...all the best guys...in the mean time try to practise lot only in ur weak areas...lets rock
