I think it's just a rumor that people used mobile phone in centre because there should be invigilators to get attendance of candidates. and no one would have guts to use mobile phone infront of them knowing they would get disqualified.
In this letter we would like to notify that ongoing recruitment process of IBPS CLERK VII (Language Proficiency Test)would be conducted before making provisional allotment in mains result.
Still we believe in such a reputed organization of IBPS recruitment process and it's policies.
We many thousands of peoples were suffered of losing ours states rights.
It's completely unethical and diminishing our dreams of getting bank job even by having sufficient communication knowledge in regional language to provide better service to our state bank customers and good score in meritwise once if consider the candidates of corresponding state only.
But this all has been questionare in recent years and notably IBPS has not taken this issue as an account of problem faced by us.
In further Case, if this issue has not been taken into account,As candidates of many years we would definitely lead to lost faith of IBPS body and there is no another way for us apart from legal approach.
This is not only for particular states,we requesting conduct Language Proficiency Test throughout country in its statewise regional Language.
And finally requesting please consider our feelings and take necessary action by issing notifications in IBPS site regard Language Proficiency Test before provisional allotment as soon as possible.

Respected IBPS team,
We requested to give preference to candidates applied for respecting states of their official language as clearly mentioned in the official notifications of IBPS CLERK CWE VII in IBPS website.But if all this has to be done after allotment it's totally irrelevant as per notification.Becase preference has to be given before allotment.We hope IBPS should consider our request in detail and further on recruitment process as per mentioned notification.
