i am in clerical in psu bank.and in call letter it is mentioned that if you r working in a govt. orgn then should have no objection certificate at the time of interview.i.e. noc,,,,,but my bank is not willing to give me noc.
so is there any provision for undertaking system....at the time of interview ???i mean ki at the time of interview i will give undertaking and will i be allowed to give undertaking at the time of interview?plzzzzzz replyyy who all have authentic information about it?????????????

Here's my mock PI experience in one of the leading coaching institutes (don't ask where).
DISCLAIMER: This is just my mock PI experience. Actual interviews will be different from the experience I have mentioned. I am NOT responsible for any losses (physical/mental/monetary) incurred by anyone reading this post and answering the things I have written in their actual interviews or whatsoever.
Profile: ECE engineer, 2012 batch, no work experience, general category, male.
1. First question was tell me about yourself, to which i started with my name, place to where I belong. Then mentioned about graduation, passed in 2012, with first class. Then told about my parents and bro/sis. the told my hobbies.
Mistakes: Should not mention passing year until asked, as its been 2 years since I passed. Will automatically attract questions on gap, etc.
2. Next, why banking? I told the usual copy paste answers like secure job, respect from society. (Big blunders) Also asked how will you be useful to banks? I replied as an engineer, i am tech savy, have technical knowledge and banking today is leaning towards e-services, everything is becoming electronic, blah blah.
Mistakes: Got counter questions why not PSU engineering jobs which are also secure and respectable? To which I couldn't convince them. They asked if you are technically sound, why not Specialist officer? I said because of less vacancies. 😛 This was a mistake again.
3. Then bank related questions, like KYC, Rupay, PMJDY, financial inclusion, etc. Answered most of them correctly.
Won't you move to SBI, RBI in case you get selected there? i couldn't quite convince again.
4. Backup plans in case not selected in ibps po? I said IBPS clerk. Mistake: Should not mention backup, instead insist on showing your confidence that you have worked hard for this and would like to work for them and if not selected, try again next time.
5. Lastly asked about strengths and weaknesses. I mentioned honesty, hard working as strengths. Asked examples where I showed these qualities. In weaknesses I mentioned listening to peoples' advice way too much. But I am working on it, trying to filter out unnecessary advice and consider the ones i think are right.
Review about body language: I wasn't maintaining eye contact, was looking down, here and there all the time, rubbing hands, sitting in an inappropriate posture. I must rectify these.
Overall, I need to work on my body language, show more confidence, show how much I am interested in banking, ask for permissions to think, in case i am not able to answer something instantly. Answers should be solid and should never be conflicting.

my cgpa was 8.78 in mba and when i m filling application i had xerox copy of conversion table according to which my percentage was 83.73 but when i went to university to collect conversion table in original signed by univ authorities percentage was diff 87.8..they are telling by mistake we gave you old conversion table .though the percentage i entered was less will it create any problem..
what should i do now..suggestion pls...
