i have query regarding the interview ratio in ibps po 4.At what ratio they are calling for interview,how many vacancies in ibps po 4.please can anyone answer to these
guys if in future i want to do my mba from any IIM say in finance (full time pgp), but i dont want to leave my job and post mba want to continue the job. what is the provision regarding that? is it possible? any senior please help me with this

I have a query related to mark sheet of IGNOU, i don't have year wise mark sheet but one consolidated marksheet and i heard last year they didn't let students take interview due to mark sheet issue. plz help me, if u know something related to it. and what can be the alternative solution for it. i mailed ibps but no reply

What Interviewers Look for
Think that you are in interview panel, what kind of candidate you will look for
1. Personality: The candidate should be smart and presentable. You are going to represent your bank in the public eyes.
(I) Well dress up
(II) Presentable
(III) Talk smartly: Loud and clear (but don't shout). They should be able to understand what you are saying.
(IV) Good Listener: You should listen and understand the person in front. You should be able to make him understand what you are replying.
So listen carefully. (don't think or anticipate or jump in between the question) then reply cautiously.
(V) Handle the situation with presence of mind.
2. Knowledge: Banking, GK, Your own subject of graduation and Well verse with today's technology.
"Only good personality without knowledge gives a negative impression."
3. Don't loose your Calm don't get provoked. Sometime they try to irritate you with same type of questions.
(Experience: I was working as a Sr. Manager in a private company and went for interview in Public sector for Dy. Manager post,
the HR guy with all his sarcasm asked: "He he he (literally he was laughing like this) So you are Sr. Manager and you came for Dy. Manager post. I expected this question so I was prepared.
I replied (with all my calm) : "I think there is a difference in hierarchy of both the companies"
HR Guy: He he he But...
The Panel head intervened and said : "I think he has made his point clear". And I was out of danger and interview moved on)
4. Take it easy: Don't get tense during the interview. Generally with in 2-3 minutes you will be comfortable. So just manage those initial 2-3 minutes. You just take it as a meeting with other employees. But don't let it look like carelessness.

As per the notification, character certificate is not included in the list of documents to be produced at the time of interview.

Hello guys I am sharing my last year IBPS PO 2013 interview experience..... Although i got 69 in written exam, but could not able to clear interview....So let's start interview......My interview place was Bank of Baroda training institute, Noida. My reporting time was afternoon and I reached well before 2 hours......All the documents of mine were checked and kept by them, and told me to sit in particular room. When I reached in that room, there were already 10-15 candidates waiting for their turn to be called for PI. So finally my turn came, I entered meticulously and greeted all panelists then sat on the chair, there were five panelist members seated in which one was female and rest were male. So now questions are as following:
1.) Hello xyz how r you?
2.) Tell us about yourself?
2.) So u live in kaushambi?...I said yes sir
3.) Have u seen Arvind Kejriwal?......I told yes sir during morning walk.
4.) Do u want to join AAM AADMI PARTY....I said yes sir if I get opportunity (this I think I should not have told them as it reflects instability of a person)
5.) Then they asked me have I studied for interview.....I told yes sir
5.) They asked what have you studied......I told banking awareness
6.) They questioned me what is inflation?....I answered them
7.) Next question was what is bank market operations?....this I could not responded clear because lack of knowledge at that time.
8.) What are the problems banks are facing these days?...answered about NPA
8.) What is GDP?
9.) Who is current SEBI chief?
10.) They told me to answer five current CEO of any banks?
11.) What is bank rate and how much is it currently?
12.) Four five questions they asked me about my Engineering course(ECE)....and answered only one.
So gist of my interview is that study hard for interview and show that how eager u r towards this bank job....and rest is you're written marks and luck factor.

hello guys, i appeared for interview in idbi manipal 2014 & clouldnt quaify to final list. i faced a stress interview and i cant justify many answers.plz tell the right answer if u could.
1. difference b/w sbi and other public sector bank.
2. why u didnt try for pvt job,why sarkari job( i am engineering graduate).
i told them about security and social respect,then they start asking that ceo of infosys and wipro is not a govt empolyee, u mean they dont have social respect, people working in pvt sector has not any social respect. i try to convince them but couldnt.& they also trashed me about security in govt job they said if u think about security that means u dont want to work hard if u work hard then there will be security in pvt job too and dont u hear that banking sector also cut its employee during 2002?
i couldnt satisfy them on this question that why i want to do govt job not pvt job. plz give best answer keeping above case in ur views.
