I think candidates who will be at the top of the waiting list are going to be the most lucky ones as the seats remaining vacant at different banks(due to people not joining owing to IBPS1,posting etc) will go to them even tho there scores r less.so some of them will end up getting the top banks like BOB,PNB,BOI,etc while others who have already been allotted banks wont get upgraded or anything.
