hmm dats true even nd i think in this many people are w8ing for their ssc cgl appointment many hav alrdy joined RBI as who hav alrdy given their intrvw...and if they join bank too then they have to resign after few months so in future there is chance that many banks can come up with w8ing list...

i think banks will shortlist around 30k to 35k in order of merit..

Good morning Puys!!!

I and all of us were already speculating the vacancies to be more than 20+..so here it is..
Now i am saying 136 se highest tak sab ka hoga...as kuch hone be bad nahi jayenge and kuch uski seat ka fayda milega...
everyone out here is one among the cream layer of selected guys..
so agar apka nahi hoga to phir bahar se employees ko IMPORT karna padega..with tax and duties imposed.

Exploitation of PO is quite natural... as he is supposed to be new member and hence the soft target... Now there are two points which we will have to consider, 1) what will be considered as exploitation and 2) is there a way out1) Exploitation is always a relative term now for IT people if an organization is asking him to install ERP software in all centers of that organization/client in different city asking them to travel that much... they for sure wil complain... however, people in marketing and sales wont complain... So people without exposure to the private organizational culture will surely think different than someone who is a fresher or has a mild exposure of work pressure in private sector...But then Every Branch Manager for sure will be looking for someone who can finish as much pending work as a PO can so they will set target and will push a PO to finish it... Which leads to my second answer.2) There is obviously a way out... and there is no panacea for this.... it will varry for situation to situation, from Branch Manager to Branch Manager...Now for an example when we will join organization, we for sure will be very inthusiastic and will give more than 100%... now as a BM does not know a PO personally he will assume that that is our normal capacity and will ask for more... and it is quite obvious that we cant sustain giving more than 100% for longer period of time and we will get frustrated and will put our experiance on those forum as negative one...Now what I am saying is something well tried (One on my brother, who joined SBI as a PO cpl of years back and two of my frineds one is Andhra Bank and one in Vijya bank). I told them to see for a week what is frustration level of BM like if he want us to finish a work in 24 hrs do that in 48-72 hours... just say that sir samajh me ni aa ra...Just underperform and U will understand in a week his way of dealing people...(ab ek hafte me private organization me bhi koi halla ni karta)...by the end of that week his expectation from you will lower down and then start working on target on ur normal capacity... which will always be now better than his expectation and we both will be happy....Now if someone has prior experience in private sector he can well understand that there will be target which is decided from top management and in between immediate boss (BM in this case) will always ask you to finish his work so priortise accordingly...Bank PO is a fabulous job which has least problems attached to it considering the social recognition and monetary compensation it gives... We all, who are visiting this forum, are very serious about this job and about to start it... I will just wish you all very good luck and will request you to start on positive note... yess bro vacancies se kya hota hai. interview k marks bi to dekhne hain. i said dis as i supposed that u r a general cat student. agar resrved cat ke ho to confirm samjo

po2 final result kab tak aane ki ummeed hai...???(date)
