I want to add a point most of them how post those interview may be right to soem extent ,but when asked them was it there first job and 90% of them says yes 😃 ,i asked this to some how have worked before joining a PO and also left PO they say its stressful but still no where never A private job so just chill

@imlavmishra without interview marks?..so why should they conduct interviews...hope no one will be failed in interviews unless he/she is absent or behaved rude or fought with panel
