two important questions before big dhamaka

a. is the merit list going to be all india rank categorywise or
b. Merit is going to be based on total marks obtained in CWE and CI with rangewise list?
in casse of option b if rangewise list not provided then the bigger question remains unanswered how candidates are gonna be sure that transparency have been maintained in allotment?
