i believe interview marks going to play very important role in final merit list as people who dont get good marks in written but as they appear for interview and perform well in that oterwise there is no fun to conduct conman interview until it has it relevance they just increase the twss score and make 23k final list out and allotted the banks according to there rank in twss,so to conduct interview just for fun & investing there manforce for this silly thing doesnt sound good to me,so expect for unexpected

@shweta.cham bank failur is still tolerable in comparision to economy failure ..... increased CRR will keep the interest rates high and slow down the development due to less liqidity ... hopes that will answer u'r doubt ... :-)

@AngryBird2 13k is safe for general..... as category candidate will also get absorbed for higher rating banks....

i think banks generally give more importance to written marks , it is my and others personal experience. they dont do any ulta pulta on the basis of interview marks. they conduct interview marks only for checking verification of documents and to check authenticity of candidate to whom they are selecting. however a decent interview is must. within range of 5 marks all who attended interview in a decent manner will be given.it is only my personal perception.

not even 11k are for general othr cat candidates can also come in that 11k...

I dont think so !!! without knowing the exact calculation method of ibps making final list, we can only wait for the day

@dilse i agree with you to some extent, but as i per my experience just to verify documents and authenticity of candidate there r some short routes r available like they will ask to mail scan copy of relevant documents to ibps or some specified address/bank branches and information sent to all candidates regarding validity of selected candidates.
