lot of candidates was in ssc tierII n other psu lists but was not able to collect final list whether thay have finally selected or not.

@raghu00 u r absolutely right in this condition you must get by your obc category,
situation is different if i got 500 rank in gen and a obc candidate suppose have rank 490 then he will get seat by gen category.

@ibpsguru aai i was selected in interview but not in final but the list out they hv got joining in month of dec
