Its obvious that any company whether pvt or govt will have lunch hours, yes it can be delayed at times when there is a long queue of customers, you have to have that much flexibility being an officer. :)

Practically they should not fail anyone since everyone has got only one opportunity this time, if they fail anyone, it will be too harsh on him/her as he/she has to wait for an year due to a bad day. But yes if anyone do not speak anything in interview or show attitude which they dont like or which is not acceptable in banking industry they mail fail the candidate. this is what i feel, rest is in the hands of IBPS, no one can be sure of it...

Bhai, I know two banks which have proper lunch hours .. BOI n UBI .. But, what abt others .. BOB doesn't have .. Officer is after all a human being .. Needs food .. Line lagi hogi toh ppl can wait for 30 minutes .. Lunch hours are a must for me .. I'm a foodie ..

bhai sach bolu to mujhe bhi dar lag raha hai , it all comes down to interview marks and in what ratio are they going to consider interview marks to written marks, If it is 80:20 , then you have very good chances, if not then no one can claim to have secured a seat now.... one more factor is how many high scorers above you did not attend interviews(this is also going to be a major factor). So nothing concrete can be said now , all we can we do is speculate . and when we are speculating only why not speculate something which is positive. :)

hey guyz...i got 154 gen cateogry..and m not able to understand how my interview went as the panel didn't ask me single question regarding banking nd current affairs..they just asked y banking and after that made me to sing a song..m so worried...god knows..
