hey i want to know how ranking is done for candidates having same score.... i have seen on the forum that there are around 800-1000 candidates for a particular score.... let's say 148
so here who is getting preference from 800 ppl ....????

older age guy comes 1st then other factors are seen like, high score in interview, or written, or any particular section, graduation marks, alphabets of the name etc are some of the factors.

arey yeh toh bahut bada aur bekaar factor hain....same marks pe kitne saare log hain!...unme se 23 saal se kamm age waale bahut kamm hi honge...:(...i hope interview marks add karke main apne 175 marks waale saathiyo se upar ho jaun.,..!..:P..lekin phir bhi yaar isse 50-100 ranks ka farak padh sakta.!..

@D.Subbarao .. aapne jo bola hai woh ek bank ke liye sahi hai but yahan 21 hain..
go through this post --it depends on certain conditions.
for ex- an OBC candidate= UR rank 300. OBC rank=1
so, he will not get PNB as per UR cat. but he can easily get it if OBC cat. is applied.
hence it will fall in OBC quota and there will be one more seat for UR cat.
dats'y in some banks cut offs of OBC becomes higher than that of UR cat. so Cheers !!!
