reservation norms, as applicable,,,, no change is in d reservation policy is dere,,,, each candidate can apply for the post with respect to his category he/she mentioned at d tym of filling of a form .... i have seen the list of po in BOB , my name was also dere at d waiting list , nd i have gone thru. d list in detail as my 3 frnds got selected and one of my frnd
{ SC category } who got highest marks was dere in the SC list not in d general category , so be precise next tym while commenting upon d issue......
aur bhai log kya chal raha hai...?suna hai koi notice aa gayi hai...my prediction 1:3 wala sahi nikal gya...wo kaha gaya jo 1:5 ratio me interview karwa raha tha....bajao taali

@sdinkar u r absolutely wrong , right from my grand father , my father , my 4 uncles, all r in different banks,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, rural posting was nt d criteria for promotion , nd 1 more thing , as far as transfer/postings r concerned,, only JUGAAD will work there!!!!!!!!!!!!

@D.Subbarao just go thru. the list of BARODA MANIPAL SCHOOL OF BANKING , ND I BET , IF U FIND ANY RESERVED CATEGORY PEOPLE IN THE GENRAL LIST , I HOPE U CAN UNDERSTAND CAST FROM SURNAME.............

Promotion policy mein clearly likha hai ki few years of rural is mandatory .. scale 3 mangers ko aajkal bank rural karvate hain .. bas isi liye ki promotion ho jaye unka .. 3 years mein inter region transfer and 5 years mein inter circle transfer hota h .. vaise if ur new den vo tumhe kahin b posting de sakte hain .. considering jahan par tumhe utilize kiya ja sake ..

dont think much just wait for results and then only u need to think an if u hv worked in any pvt sector firm life will be heaven in banks. this is out of personal experience, all those posts are from people whose 1st job was in bank with over expectation of a babu culture in banks, its a fact u hv to work hard but its also a fact that ur boss cant every know nd then torture you or create fear in ur mind by telling you to terminate, rest all ur wish if u r out scorers below u will hv an opportunity to join a bank!!!!!!!!
