Abhi toh we dont even know if they (different banks) will come up with different criterias like, PNB always had 28 yrs age, then cpl ov banks always maintain 60% in grad... I guess IBPS has uploaded the vacancy so that we can start working on how to rank all 21 participating agencies...They for sure will include that in Letter of intent or joining letter...

Suppose there everyone fill PNB as first preference and there is an OBC candidate with 180 AIR and there are 178 post of unreserved category. in that case that candidate will compete in reserved category not in general category for the 2nd preference.
I think the first choice will matter more.

Bhai as our written result was delayed they are fast tracking everything (on the direction of finance ministry) and in this way even if they dont inform us about it soon, we still cannot say anything... Legally they have rights to do so... and as ranjan bhai said these policies do change on seasonal basis... so we will have to consider last notification and act accordingly...At least thats what I will do... cant help it... :(

They may go off with bond thing this year as there won't be many vacant seats this time due to this 'one candidate one offer' thing. But that's only my personal thinking. :)
