@sharmipal BOI,PNB also have considerable presence in WB.and we still dont no for sure whether this time all banks will have same or different graduation %age requirements...or bond conditions.

well i met a guy at interview who had 3 or 4 friends in IDBI... He told that they are getting a vry handsome package (much better than other banks) and since it has not many branches,, the transfer chances are lesser as compared to any other bank... He told that when IDBI used to recruit by itself,, it had a vry difficult procedure with 3-4 rounds and he was rejected in last round
