@sharmaa_ravi dude i missed sumthng, as evry day of ths second week will paas witout results being declared, probablity will increase daily...1/6 on 2nd day, 1/5 on 3rd day, 1/4 on 4th day, 1/3 on 5th day, 1/2 on 6th day n 1/1 on last day....hope i satisfied u!
a little correction u missed the words in brackets, there will be only 5 days for ibps to declare results so today it will be 1/5 i.e 20% , no results tomorrow and day after, on 11th it is 25%, 12th 33.33%, 13th 50% nd of course on 14th 100%, correct me if i m wrong?

@rebel2012 intrview was of 100 mrks n it wud be added to written mrks in a way undeclared by IBPS....most ppl say, final score's components wud b 80:20 (written n intrvw respctvly).
bhai i have seen a letter from the ministry of finance signd by the under secretary of the ministry addressed to IBPS; to implement comman interview and weightage of written & interview to be in 80:20. AMEN ...

In the SBI p.o notification, it is given that the CTC for p.o is around 8 lakhs per annum which comes out to around 67k per month. But i have heard that a p.o gets only about 32k in hand. Plz someone tell me what are the actual salary statistics?
