after probation , transfer is done in order to get promotions.
now it depends on the individual to grab it or not..

Can someone here give some details about ECGC. Is the job profile and salary better than bank po. How is it compared to SBI and IDBI .
@Amarhits8 ...u can be transfer anywhere in india...u can transfer in ur home state only if u hav ny type of jack in that bank.....n aisa kuch nai hai ki aftr probation period or 2 yr of service, u ll get home postin....
