Right, and also promotions are pretty slow in ECGC one in 5 years probably and in banks it's every 2.5 to 3 years.

@daddykool but one thing more...res cat candidates are qualified having 21 score in each sub and gen cat 24 in each....then high scorers having less than 24 score in even one subject can not be counted as gen candidate..am i right...?

@daddykool yes.the only advantage now seems the fixed working hours as it does not deal with retail customers,and also does not need to go out and hunt for clients,as it in the only one in that field.
