Every system has some pros and cons .......see both sides that there is no multiple selection which covers almost ever con(personal views)......Critics are welcomed
I also liked this system..otherwise i won't b able to get any bank.. at-least now i hv a hope....i was just curious to know if there is any system to change bank..now i know its not possible.. do u hv any idea how many vacancies r expected this year..i mean from any internal source in ibps..???

ye vehle kaam ni krta mein that expecting vacancy.......even hardly anyone knows in this forum......Ye IBPS ka kaam hai.........Mein unka wrkload kyun lun

aap mere profile me jo photo dekh rhe hai ye BOI ke security guard ki hai ,maine jab inse vacancy ke bare me pucha to inka kehna tha , MALUM NHI ,MAGAR ISI OFFICE SE 31ST KO 5 OFFICERS ME SE 3 RETIRE HUE HAI. so i think vacancies are not going to reduce this year
if someone is out of the race..he left a seat vacant..which has to b filled with remaining candidate...suppose one didn't join pnb because he got selected in ssc..now pnb will fill this seat with other candidate..now if candidate who got bank in first list will not be able to aply..so this seat will be given to lower rank holders..which is unfair that one with 5000 gets boi in first list where as a person which doesn't get chance in first list with 21000 now gets pnb in waiting list.. isn't it???

I m an engg. bt in engg. counselling if someone is not satisfied with his college...he get chance to aply for second waiting list..after dropping his first college..which is not the case in ibps i think???
@shweta.cham lets concentrate on what are the preferential aspects so that we can maximise our chances of having the best suited bank for ours...even thought its still not predictive but its what said is we are not premoniting but we are doing our homework!

Toh bhai yeh bhi woh funda ho sakta hai na per second list k baad aap waha bhi apply nahi kar sakte atleast in my state
