expression, clarity of thought, qualities of leadership, extra curricular activities, hobbies, general demeanor,
behavior, communication skills, suitability for the post, etc.

These were the things which interviewers were looking in us....

but what i am concerned abt is how we r to decide our preference not knowing the bond conditions in various banksthi time,becuz i think it matters a lot.

@amittyro yes it matters definitely. . Before ibps banks used to give notifications.there they mentioned bond,salary everything. . So i think before 20th ibps give a seperate notiftn of all banks bond,salary. .

@nitin.dot As i said earlier no cndidt ll gt faild in CI unless misbehaves wth d panel... In such case panel shld write a letter to d HRD shwn rsns fr failng d candidate...
