For giving preference , just take into consideration about the consolidation of banks also..there is going to be 7 banks after consolidation.. so literally our preferences comes down to 7 banks

i think ye log 10 ya 11 ko merit list daalege....4-5 days ka gap deke.....shyd isliye k 61000 candidates ko koi b notification dekhne k liye 4-5 din ka time diya jana chahiye....har din shock dene se accha h...rah2 ke shock de
@all puys 80:20 doesnt mean that total marks will be converted according to 80%of250 and 20 % of interview.
it like if written is of 250 then its 20 % of marks will be of interview means 250 written and 50 for interview.
bahiyo pahle se hi 1-1 marks par 2500-3000 students hai to kya ise 80:20 % mai change kar k total 100 banayenge to kya har 1 number par 6000-7000 students ho jayenge.
wo pahle se hi pareshan hai 250+50=300 mai to kya aur ise 100 karke apni waat lagwaenge.

n 1 more thing ye rule jo hai is for next recruitment's of ibps not for this because this time marks distribution is very uneven 1 candidate got 135 n another 190, n ratio for calling candidates 1:3 if interview will be of 50 then agar interviewer ne socha is candidate ko to lena hi hai then they cant do anything for 135.
aur po 2 k baad dekh lo friends ibps k sare exam ka results ranging from 100-140 max. whether it is RRB-PO, RRB-CLERK OR IBPS CLERK 2 so here 80-20 ratio can be implemented this time interview was 100 for sure.

fail karne ka to koi reason hi nahi dikhta.....kuch ko chod ke maximum logo ke near-about same hi marks honge ... and written marks will play main role in selection
