@anuragchandra@anuragchandra i didn`t make any personal attack on any one neither i wanted too...... if any 1 took my sentence in dat way , i can`t do anythin , nd also i didn`t said dat der wud b jugaad in promotions { but yes to sum extent ven it cums to a promotion on seniority basis}, jst go thru. to my post once again,,,,,,nd i also never said like i knw everything ,, i was jst tellin wat is actualy happening in banking as i cum frm a banking family nd i jst shared my experience wat i had frm my family members............... n`thin personal , once again...................

surely there happen some jugads...some gets promotion in 3 years and some upto 5 years...and in posting 100% jugad performs...
@sdinkar yeh confirmed dates kahan se mili? any link or source for ur info bcoz as far as i know the settlement was under consideration....when it got finalized i mean accepted?

nw X par new DA applicable hoga....broadly 34-35k after salary revision....
@sdinkar no, DA is some percentage of basic salary dat varies with repect to inflation in banking induatry with taking care of consumer price index,,,, it`s nt depend on basic salary..
currently DA is 72% of Basic Salary and HRA depends city to city

@c123 72% is in the central govt. jobs , from d month of january 2012, d DA in banks is increased from 76 to 80 %. { method for calculating DA is settled in the previous bipartite settlement. }

i think the leaked data from ibps website regarding the range of twss in po2 wud sumhow similar to d final merit list dat vil b issued by ibps officially in d secong week of feb . thoda upar neeche ho sakta hai , but nt much ................. it`s jst wat i think , n`thin authentic message i m sharin ???????
