divide ur witten score with 250...then multiply it 80....then subtract that score from ur final score....then calculate ur intv marks.....for ex i got 155 in written nd 61.6 as final score....
so 150/250*80=49.6 then 61.6-49.6=12 then 12/20*100=60 marks in interview.........

are interview ke marks nikaal lo na, 20 % weightage wale formulae se ...abhi formula nahi aa raha dimaag mein khushi ke maare :P

Bank people are not at all reluctant towards IT..i am a B. Tech in IT...2 years of work ex at Infy, working for nearly 8 months at another IT major...they had no bias against me in the interview, awarded 80 when I thought that i could have done much much better..
I think maybe the IT guys who got harsh treatment got harsh interviewers to begin with but not every interviewer had the same attitude. Tough luck!
