@2013IsMine and my panelists even didnt want to hear anything from me...as soon as i started to speak something some other panelist cut me off saying we dont want IT guys...you people come to us for money and will go somewhere else for a better package(as if that was a crime)...never pays when all the panelists are 55-60 years old..

Hmm, so i guess it all depends on panelists, mine was in bangalore, and a guy here raghu also had the same venue and he too got 87 in the interview, our panel was very chilled out...but dont worry, both of you have massive written scores and thus an overall of 65 plus will get you a top bank!

BHai interview me 1 marks kam bata diye aap, 87 nahi 88 hai..... 1-1 marks ka value hai ... :)
Mujhse unhone poocha kaha kaam karte ho to maine bola apni company ka naam , to unhone bola ki this is one of the top MNC why you want to leave it, maine unhe 15-20 reasons diye(some genuine , some fake) , they didnt seem to be convinced... but atlast maine bola ki sir is baar nahi hoga to next time fir apply karunga, toh hasne lage saare ke saare....

Interview marks 38...weightage is 80:20...you can get any of the top for in your category.
