@saurabh191 actually yes i also thought so but if you consider the case of bank like PNB and all then it is doesn't make sense of giving it as number 1 preferred choice because in case none of those candidate leave the job then my preference would kind of wasted..

as far as i think it should be like this;
Suppose everyone fills PNB as first choice and BOB in second choice.
and guess there is an obc candidate with rank 180.(PNB has 178 unreserved seats)
so i think in that case that obc candidate won't get unreserved seat in BOB but will get reserved seat in PNB as it is his first choice.
