I have heard Idbi has a very high pressure working environment.Its like a private bank where targets are given.Is it true?

But,buddy RTI will take atleast a month to get into action!..til then prefernces, allotment and all will be done!...you have to find contacts in ibps only!

Interview ne toh takhtapalat kar di! kya 140 - kya 160 sabhi age-peechhe upar-neeche ho gaye... People were fighting for 1-1 mark now its to 0.1/0.01.
I feel IBPS thought 'bahut analysis/ predictions karte ho na! karo lo aur karo analysis'.
I was shocked to hear that people have failed and toppers have got in 40s... I think IBPS took interview to assess who needs job most.
Interviewers were instructed.. Jinhe jarurat hai unhe dil khol ke marks do
..Jinke pas job hai..kam karo marks....achhi job hai?...aur kam
Aur jo extra talented lagte hai like 180+ and good in interview make sure ke woh apna decision rethink kare kyuki yeh log bahut smart hai probably chhod ke chale jayenge IAS banne... so some panel gave such candidates 40s me marks and brought them down and others ko toh fail hi kar diya...
Anyways I m thankful to still remain in race...158 written 64.56 interview SO i ges I got 70 in interviw. I m not complaining... With the kind of experience I had marks are better than expected. @kajju I don't know if u remember ma interview exp. looks like my honesty paid off. Thanx to BoM panel.
