IBPS has found a very nice way of excusing out the IT MNC people with good scores by giving them such low marks in interview.What a shame!

@priya- you can try for canara,union,or pnb..as these have more branches and are in tirer1.

bhai ye to aapke score pe depend karega na... target the tier 1,2 or 3 according to your score. also check which banks have most no. of branches in your state.
