is there any diff in salary scale b/w tier1 and tier2 banks?

yeh i know thats why i said if we are in waiting list and some obe rejected there offer we may have chance for tht but hope first list may he praying for it

now the question comes: do different banks have their different eligibility criteria set by them or eligibility is all same as IBPS's CWE required?? In terms of age, percentage of marks in graduation etc.??
