Hey guys, every body have good chances,
a) This exam was conducted in June and by that time IBPS Po1 candidates interview was not yet scheduled.... so they might also have written the exam...
b) absentees
c)Candidates with good score in written.... failed in interview!!
d)People who do not get home posting may leave the post.
Last but not least..
e)Large no. posts 22K!!!!!

So taking all these into account we have good chances..
